Payment

All online orders are securely handled via Pay Pal. Simply select the items you wish to purchase by clicking the "Add" button next to each item. Once you have finished shopping click "View Basket", you will then be redirected to the Pay pal site where you can complete your order. If you do not have a Pay Pal account and wish to pay by credit card or cheque or wish to check the status of your order please contact the Customer Services team via info@cityhifi.net.

Postage

Worldwide postage is included in the cost of your item, all items are sent via special delivery and have a tracking number. Any charge incured by overseas customs remains the sole responsibility of the customer. All T-Shirts are posted as soon as stock become available, however please allow approximately 28 days for delivery.

Returns

Please remember to check your order thoroughly before placement in order to avoid mistakes, We may accept returns subject to the following terms:

1. If goods have been sent incorrectly or you wish to discuss returning an item please contact our Customer Services by email via info@cityhifi.net within seven days of receipt.

2. The Dub Pistols will accept returns of new and unused items only. Any shirt which has been worn or washed will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

3. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and/or graphics of our products that appear on the Site, colours are referenced from the exact pantone numbers supplied by the T-Shirt manufacturer. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be different from the actual colors of our product. We will have no liability (whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit, or otherwise) as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and/or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you.

All designs are printed on 'Gildan Ultra Cotton' T-Shirts with the following features;

100% cotton, ultra tight knit surface, seamless twin needle collar, taped neck and shoulders, twin needle sleeves and hem, tubular body.

Weight: White 195 gsm, Colour 205 gsm.
